Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

All our customers can return or exchange their orders within 30 days of delivery. Our U.S. customers even enjoy free returns for their first order.

Free return shipping for U.S. customers if:

  • You ordered one size and it didn’t fit.
  • You ordered one item and simply didn’t love it.
  • Your item arrived damaged or wrong.

Free return shipping for international customers if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or wrong.

You cover return shipping if:

  • You ordered multiple items/sizes/colors and are returning extras.
  • You’re returning from outside the U.S. (unless damaged/wrong).

What’s Returnable

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition, with tags.

Orders placed directly on shop-woof.com.

Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong.

Full refund or free remake – your choice.

First-time order with one item (U.S. only):

All other approved returns:
Store credit – never expires.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us with your order number & return reason: Contact us.

2. We’ll confirm your free return or exchange.

3. Ship it back (if needed), following our instructions.

4. Get your refund, credit, or replacement once we receive your return and inspect it.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if the item you received is not what you ordered – for example, wrong size, wrong color, or an incorrect product. In these cases, we’ll cover all costs for the exchange, including return shipping if needed.

If you’d rather not exchange, you can also return the incorrect item for free and receive a full refund – this applies to first-time U.S. customers within 30 days.

Donations

What Happens to Returns

We don’t resell returns – instead, we donate them to local charities so they can do some good. This helps communities and also reduces waste.

Since every item is made just for you, we can’t put returns back into stock. That’s why we encourage checking our size and color guides before ordering, so your item fits perfectly and we can keep donations intentional.

Returnless Refunds (Low-Value or Remote Orders)

If the product is low-value (under $20) or your location makes return shipping impractical, we may issue a store credit without requiring the item back. We kindly ask you to please donate the item locally, when possible.
