If you’re ordering from us for the first time, you can return one non-customized item from your first order for free within 30 days.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, not customized, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window.

Free return shipping is available if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You are a first-time U.S. customer returning one item from your first order.
  • The item is not customized or personalized.

Returns With Customer-Paid Shipping

You cover return shipping if:

  • You ordered multiple items, sizes, or colors and are returning extras.
  • You are returning an item outside the U.S. (unless damaged or wrong).

Size Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help.

We offer one free size exchange per order for U.S. customers (non-customized items only).

Conditions:

  • Exchange must be for the same item in a different size.
  • Only one exchange per order is free.

If you prefer not to exchange, you can return the item according to the return rules above.

What’s Returnable

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition, with tags.

Orders placed directly on shop-woof.com.

Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Refund Options

Damaged or incorrect item

You can choose:

  • Full refund
  • Free replacement

First-time order (U.S. only)

You receive a one-time full refund for your returned item.

All other approved returns

Refunds are issued as store credit.
Store credit never expires.

Returnless Refunds

For low-value items (under $20) or remote locations where return shipping is impractical, we may issue a store credit without requiring the item back.

This option is provided at our discretion.

We kindly ask that you donate the item locally whenever possible.

What Happens to Returns

We don’t resell returned items.

Instead, we donate them to local charities, helping communities while reducing waste.

Since most WOOF item are made with love just for you, returned products cannot go back into inventory.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us with your order number & return reason: Contact us.

2. We’ll confirm your free return or exchange.

3. Ship it back (if needed), following our instructions.

4. Get your refund, credit, or replacement once we receive your return and inspect it.
