Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, not customized, and in its original condition with tags attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case you want to return your order, we are happy to assist. Please read the following steps first, before issuing a return.
1. Please make sure you really do not want to keep the item and really would like to send it back. It is very important for us to make you as our customer the happiest, but we also would like to keep our environment and our business in mind. Losing your order would be tough for us. So in case of a problem with one of our products, please contact us first and we will find a solution together.
2. If you would like to issue a return, please contact us at hello@shop-woof.com. After our confirmation of the return, send all items you would like to return back within 30 days after you got the items, following our instructions. Once all returned items have arrived at our facility, we will process your return and be in touch about your refund, store credit, or replacement.
3. Return shipping costs depend on your situation. Free return shipping is available if your item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or you are a first-time U.S. customer returning one item from your first order (non-customized items only). If you are returning from outside the U.S. (unless damaged or wrong), or if you ordered multiple items and are returning extras, you would have to cover the return shipping costs on your side.
Useful information
Refunds are processed based on your situation and may be issued as a full refund or store credit. Store credit never expires. We accept returns and exchanges from the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. You can submit a return for an item that you obtained at a discounted price for store credit. Store credit will equate to the value you paid for the discounted item. Free items will not be included in the store credit. Free returns apply to one non-customized item only. Free exchanges apply to the first exchange only, same item, non-customized.
For low-value items (under $20) or remote locations where return shipping is impractical, we may issue store credit without requiring the item back. This option is provided at our discretion. We kindly ask that you donate the item locally whenever possible.
Our return policy covers store credit and exchanges. We allow for change of mind returns as well! As we do print every item to order and we do not re-sell anything, you will need to donate your item/s to be eligible for a refund. Regardless of any return, we want to do something good in your name. That's why we donate all returned clothing items to local clothing charities.

If you're ordering from us for the first time, you can return one non-customized item from your first order for free within 30 days. No questions asked. Full refund. This applies to U.S. customers only, is limited to one time per customer, and excludes all customized or personalized products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, you can choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Size Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to help. We offer one free size exchange per order for U.S. customers (non-customized items only). The exchange must be for the same item in a different size. Only one exchange per order is free. If you prefer not to exchange, you can return the item according to the return rules above.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically receive your refund, store credit, or replacement confirmation. Store credit never expires. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not heard from us again, please contact us at hello@shop-woof.com.
