No. Duties and import taxes aren’t included in our prices or at checkout. Depending on your country, your carrier or customs may charge them on delivery.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. To see all your orders and their tracking, sign in with your email. No password needed.

Yes, on orders over $75. Standard shipping is $4.90, express (1–2 days) is $29.90.

Usually, yes, as long as it hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet. That gives you about one day. Message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best, though we can’t guarantee it.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. In the US, your first non-custom item ships back free.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns. Damaged, faulty print or wrong item? We replace it free.

Start a return for the item and place a new order for the size or color you want, so it ships right away. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Use Find my size on any product page. It recommends a size from your height, weight, build and preferred fit. Most pieces are unisex and come in XS–4XL.

Bandanas: S is for puppies only (17⅜″), M fits most dogs from Dachshunds and Frenchies to Labradors (21¼″), L is for big dogs like Great Danes and Huskies (25¼″). Collars adjust to your dog’s neck: S 11.8–17.8″, M 13.5–20.5″, L 14.8–23.8″, with two fingers of space. Knit sweaters go by chest girth and back length. Tap Size chart on the product page for all measurements.

They’re cut roomy on purpose. Take your usual size for the relaxed look or size down for a closer fit.

Yes. Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors, and tumble dry low. Skip bleach to keep the design bright for years.

A clear, well-lit photo in the pose you want. Natural daylight works best. JPEG, PNG or HEIC, at least 1000×1000 px. We accept 99% of photos, and if yours isn’t right, we’ll reach out.

Our artists create your portrait by hand and email you a free preview within 48 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like. Nothing prints until you approve.

Yes, 2, 3 or more dogs in one portrait at the same price. Upload a photo of each and add all names.

Both. Tell us what you’d like when you order and our artists will keep or remove the collar, leash or harness in your portrait.

Many of our portrait styles include the name already, as you can see in the product photos. For other styles, just ask us when or after you order. Adding a name may cost a little extra, since it changes how we print.

Yes, as long as your dog’s face is clear. Older photos often work well, including for dogs who are no longer with us.
