How long does production take?
Standard pieces are made in 2–3 business days. Custom portraits get a free preview within 48 hours and are made 1–4 business days after you approve.
How long is delivery?
3–5 days to the US and Canada, 3–8 days to Europe and the UK, 10–20 days worldwide.
Costs
What does shipping cost?
Free over $75. Standard $4.90, express (1–2 days) $29.90.
Do I pay duties or taxes?
Orders to the US and Canada arrive without extra fees. For other countries, local duties may apply on delivery.

Where’s my order?
You get a tracking link by email when it ships. Or sign in with your email to see all your orders, no password needed.
My package hasn’t arrived
Check the tracking link first. If it’s been more than 5 days past the estimate, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
