What kind of photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your dog in the pose you would like to see on the product. The higher the quality, the better the final result. Avoid blurry, dark, or low-resolution images. Photos taken in natural daylight work best!
Pro tips for best results:
- Use natural lighting - avoid flash
- Clear focus on your dog
- Plain background works best
- Front-facing, or 3/4 angle preferred
- File size max. 10MB
- Minimum 1000x1000 pixels
- JPEG, PNG, or HEIC formats
How does the approval process work?
After you place your order, our designers create your custom graphic within 1-3 days. We'll email you a preview image showing exactly how it will look on the product. Once you approve (or request changes), we proceed with printing and shipping.
Can I return custom products?
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don't accept returns unless there's a defect or damage. However, our preview approval process ensures you'll love the final product before we print it!
Can I add multiple dogs to one product?
Absolutely. Simply upload a photo that includes all your dogs and we’ll turn it into one custom portrait. We’ve created beautiful pieces featuring up to three dogs together.
For larger groups, just contact us and we’ll review your photo.
How long does it take?
The entire process takes 3-5 days: 1-2 days for design & approval, then 2-3 days for printing. An express shipping option is available for an additional fee.
What if I don't like the preview?
No worries! We offer one free revision in the design process. And if you're still not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund before printing. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
