How to measure?


A Length
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.

B Width
Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the product to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

C Sleeve length
Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Step 2 – Upload a Photo of Your Dog

Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your dog in a similar pose you would like to see on the product. The higher the photo quality, the better the final result. Multiple dogs in one photo will work too (up to three dogs).

Pro Tips for Best Results:

  • Full-body, front-facing, or 3/4 angle preferred.
  • Avoid blurry, dark, or low-res images.
  • Photos taken in natural daylight with a plain or calm background usually work best (avoid flash).

Max. 10MB, minimum 1000x1000px, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC formats.

Step 3 – Tell us Your Dog's Name

Some products have a customizable name field. We will use your dog's name there. If you uploaded a photo with multiple dogs, please enter all names here, seperated by a comma. Contact us if you have any questions.

Step 4 – Approve the Design

After checkout, our designers turn your custom dog’s photo & name into a personal masterpiece – made just for you. You’ll receive a design preview before printing via email. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an email after 48h, please contact us.

After you place your order, our designers create your custom graphic within 1-3 days. We'll email you a preview image showing exactly how it will look on the product. Once you approve (or request changes), we proceed with printing and shipping.
Can I return custom products?

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don't accept returns unless there's a defect or damage. However, our preview approval process ensures you'll love the final product before we print it!
Can I add multiple dogs to one product?

Absolutely. Simply upload a photo that includes all your dogs and we’ll turn it into one custom portrait. We’ve created beautiful pieces featuring up to three dogs together.

For larger groups, just contact us and we’ll review your photo.
How long does it take?

The entire process takes 3-5 days: 1-2 days for design & approval, then 2-3 days for printing. An express shipping option is available for an additional fee.
What if I don't like the preview?

No worries! We offer one free revision in the design process. And if you're still not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund before printing. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
