From your photo to your closet in 4 simple steps.
1. Upload your photo. Pick your favorite shot. Good lighting, sharp face, no costumes.
2. Preview within 1–2 days. We'll email you a digital mockup of your dog on the product. No surprises later.
3. Approve or tweak — free, unlimited. Want the eyes brighter? The fur a different shade? Just reply. We'll keep editing until you say "yes, that's the one."
4. We print and ship. Once approved, we start printing within 24 hours. Tracking link arrives the moment it leaves us.
Average time from order to doorstep: 8–12 days.
Material & Care
Sustainability
Made only when ordered. No overstock, no waste.
Every piece is printed on demand the moment your design is approved, which means no warehouses full of unsold inventory, no end-of-season landfill dumps, no product made on guesswork.
Materials. Where possible, we work with suppliers offering recycled fabrics and certified products (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, PETA-Approved Vegan). Composition and certifications vary by item – see "Materials & Care" above for what applies to this product.
Packaging. Recyclable mailers or cardboard, minimal plastic, no marketing inserts. We figure you'd rather have your order than a stack of flyers.

Because every piece is made just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But our preview-and-approve process means you'll never be surprised by what shows up. If something arrived wrong, defective, or damaged, see "Our Promise" below – we'll replace it free of charge.

We don't print until you love it.
Every order gets a free preview before production. Edit it as many times as you need – unlimited revisions, no extra cost, no time limit. We only press "print" when you're 100% happy.
Unlike most custom brands, we don't draw hard lines on what counts as a "small edit." We've redrawn entire portraits from scratch when a customer wasn't fully feeling it. We can't promise that for every order (it stays at our discretion), but we'd rather go the extra mile than ship something you don't love.
Not happy when it arrives? Get in touch.
Making sure you love what you receive is what we do. Wrong product, wrong size, defective print, or damaged in transit? We'll replace it free of charge, no questions asked – just email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. No need to ship anything back.

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't offer returns for change of mind, and cancellations after ordering are handled case by case (our designers often start within hours). What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo of your dog in the pose you'd like on the product. Natural daylight works best. Minimum 1000×1000px, max 10MB. JPEG, PNG, or HEIC. We accept 98% of photos – if yours isn't right, we'll reach out.
How does the preview and approval process work?
After you order, our artists craft your custom portrait within 48 hours. We email you a preview before anything gets printed. You can request unlimited revisions until it's exactly right. Only once you say go, we print and ship.
How long does it take to get my order?
Preview within 48 hours. Revisions happen the same or next day. Once you approve, production and shipping take 2-3 business days plus standard delivery. Most customers have their portrait in hand within 7-10 days total.
Can I return custom products?
Custom products are made just for you, so standard returns don't apply. That said, satisfaction is guaranteed. If something's off with the print, the product quality, or shipping, we'll remake it or refund you. That's why we preview every design before printing.
Can I add multiple dogs to one product?
Yes, up to 3 dogs per product. Upload a clear photo of each and mention in the order notes which styles or positioning you prefer. Works beautifully with the Illustration and Caricature styles especially.
What if I don't love the preview?
Tell us what's off and we'll revise it. Colours, pose, expression, background, style tweaks – all included, as many times as needed. We only print when you're 100% in love. No extra fees, no limits.
