What makes WOOF different?
Every design starts as an original sketch by our in house team. No Canva templates, no recycled clipart. We print on premium garments built to last and made for daily wear by people who actually have dogs.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery to the EU takes 5 to 8 business days, US 7 to 12, rest of the world 10 to 18. Tracking is included on every order.
Returns and exchanges
30 day returns on standard products. Custom products are made to order and only eligible for replacement if the item arrives faulty or differs from your approved preview.
Are your products sustainable?
We print on demand, which means no overstock and no waste. Garments are sourced from suppliers that meet OEKO TEX or equivalent standards.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Standard orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of placement. Custom products go into production immediately, so changes are only possible before our team starts on your design.
How do custom products work?
Upload a photo of your dog, pick a style, add the name. Our team turns it into an original illustrated print and shows you a preview before production. Photo guidance is on every custom product page.
