Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your dog in a similar pose you would like to see on the product. The higher the photo quality, the better the final result. Multiple dogs in one photo will work too (up to three dogs).

Pro Tips for Best Results:

Full-body, front-facing, or 3/4 angle preferred.
Avoid blurry, dark, or low-res images.
Photos taken in natural daylight with a plain or calm background usually work best (avoid flash).

How to measure?

A Length
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.

B Chest width

Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area and pull the tape across to the other side of the product.

C Sleeve length
Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don't accept returns unless there's a defect or damage. However, our preview approval process ensures you'll love the final product before we print it!

Can I add multiple dogs to one product?

Absolutely. Simply upload a photo that includes all your dogs and we’ll turn it into one custom portrait. We’ve created beautiful pieces featuring up to three dogs together.

For larger groups, just contact us and we’ll review your photo.

How long does it take?

The entire process takes 3-5 days: 1-2 days for design & approval, then 2-3 days for printing. An express shipping option is available for an additional fee.

What if I don't like the preview?

No worries! We offer one free revision in the design process. And if you're still not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund before printing. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
